Hannah and Gary were very helpful with info before I came up view the car. On arrival Gary let me look the car over and take it for a spin, never felt pressured into buying, a hassle free service and I'm very happy with the car
Quick easy to purchase a new car
I am stunned by my recent experience at Evans Halshaw Glasgow. I have given 2 stars instead of 1 because Hannah (the initial contact) was helpful, polite and in no way pushy. However, later I received a call back from Laura which is when things completely changed. Straight away her tone and attitude was out of order. When she later mention a 100 admin fee which I told her hadn't been mentioned previously not only did she dispute it but became very argumentative. I said that i needed time to think about whether I wanted to proceed with the purchase and then she became borderline aggressive. If this is how a customer is treated before they buy I can't imagine what would happen if there was an issue afterwards. This would not have happened if Hannah had made that call..
