Edit to Reply: That's because, thankfully, I am no longer a tenant. Don't believe the fake reviews. This letting agent should be avoided at all costs. Shady examples include: Changing the terms of the lease at will. Attempts at charging tenants illegal fees. Withholding deposits from Safe Deposit Scheme Tried to claim our full deposit, (they lost the arbitration process, but it took an extra 3 months)

Very happy with the service Central Letting has provided. I was very particular with the kind of property I wanted and eventually found a great property. I treat anywhere that I stay as my own making sure it’s always looking it’s best. Even on inspection time, the agent was surprised that the property was being lived in !!
Both moving in and moving out proceeded very smoothly, reluctantly had to move out and deposit was returned with zero issues during the Covid period. Would recommend Central Letting !

Avoid if you're renting or letting. CLS charged my tenant hundreds of pounds when they moved out for cleaning they had no intention of doing. They left all the furniture and white goods in the middle of the rooms. This was why they couldn't find a tenant for months. Don't be taken in by their shiny marketing and falsely reasonable responses to bad reviews on here. CLS are unresponsive, dishonest and basically the stereotype of a bad letting agent.
