Total scam artists. I was trying to arrange for some of my elderly grandmother's family reels to be digitised, and filled in the collection form and sent in my deposit. It's now been a month and they've withdrawn the money but not contacted me - I've emailed, called, left messages, communicated through Paypal - with absolutely no response. It's been upsetting for my grandmother and a huge hassle all round. I'm not entirely sure this is even a real business. Definitely avoid!
