What a great day, upon arrival you have an outside meet and greet by the safe, very very professional team,Covid distancing was at the fore front. Great to see, they brief you up and you are issued with clean equipment that only you touch. You are watched as you enter the kayak and you have to do a loop of the water so they can assess your ability. I phoned and few days earlier and booked it as they get busy. We paddled to the boat pub about 3.5 hours down stream. You phone them and a very polite lady arrived and she takes you back to the start, my Daughter and I had masks and where only ones on the bus as they only take one driver, my daughter is 15 so she came with me. I have used this company a good few times and they get better and better every time. Big thank you to the team, I highly recommend this experience and this company. Well done on safety on all aspects of this.

Easy to find and set off from. The guys running this place are doing a great job amongst the Covid 19 rules. They limit the amount of touching done on the equipment and give you the necessary tools and information to make your own decisions out on the water. This isnt a pre planned, sculpted route, this is a natural water way. Some people ahead of us had a little accident due to a downed tree. The team at WVC told us that some corners run a bit faster than others, especially the first. The advice was to get out and look at the bend and plan your route. Advice we followed and subsequently had no problems. The team were professional and picked us up in good time once we had finished our route. Also the river and scenery are stunning. Fantastic day.
