The guys that come out are very nice. Service guy is very helpful, and always answer questions . very pleasant when he show up. The young guy. Sorry I can't remember his name but know he young and does great service.
They must get people to write their reviews for them. This company sucks for customer service. God forbid you call after 4 pm if so the lady on the phone is about as helpful as a rock. You tell them you are down to 5 percent and they say we dont have a truck in that area right now it will be a day or 2. If you want to do an emergency fill it is an extra 250 dollars for a guy to stand out there for 15 minutes. 3 days later down to 0 percent and still no truck. Then they say well we have to do inspection and charge you for that as well.
Crystal Flash keeps my propane tank full and at a fair price. There is no worry on my part about running out of fuel.
They do have the best service and the nicest delivery boy..
