Matt, Kyle, Sam and the boys there have a wealth of knowledge on their bicycles and the servicing which comes with owning a bike. I've been there countless times for servicing and aftermarket Bontrager/Garmin purchases and I haven't had an issue at any time. Matt also runs several group rides during the week, and he's all to happy to take more riders along

Matt and his team are passionate about all things cycling. They have a wealth of knowledge and are always happy to share that experience to ensure their customers get the right bike and enjoy first class follow up service. After buying a bike for myself their commitment to making the whole process a great one saw me back to buy kid's scooters, kid's bikes and countless accessories. Don't shop online! Shop local and support a business that is supporting the community by employing local kids, providing bike mechanic apprenticeships and hosting supportive and inclusive shop rides. You will not be disappointed.

We were there few weeks ago, reading the reviews about this shop I have to agree when they said that the owner is very rude and with not customer service skills. I found out, after I was treated like rubbish, that, at the shop around the corner ("Gladstone Bicycle Centre" ) the owner is always very kind and has 50 years experience!!! Definately a better service, knowledge and good communication with customers..even if they just want information on prices....

Definately the most expensive bike shop in town about 40 to 50% more than any online shop!!! , offers apparently a good service but do not expect any discount or any politeness from the owner which was sarcastic, unpleasant and once I told them the competitors are less expensive and to write down the warranty and the free service for the first six months as he stated... he got so upset that told me to leave his home( I don't know if he lives in the shop as well) or he would called the Police !!! What a joke of a shop...

Took my road bike there for internal cable replacement and deraileur installation. Got the bike back running smooth as silk for a price that wasn't worth the heartache of doing it myself. Great team that know their stuff

Pleasant, knowledgeable staff. It's that simple.

Terrible customer service, spoken to rudely and told "you probably can't afford our prices anyway". Can't wait for the other bike shop to open again, they are always so helpful in comparison. Won't be going back.

Bought some "fist" gloves from them, crashed my electric scooter on the road, not a single tear, scratch or rip to be seen on them. Would 100% buy again
