Friendly staff, I ask for A 2 meter AUX male to male, they get me A 2 meter AUX male to male, that's certainly better than *some-other-stores *in the area.

Hard to support local business when the customer service isnt good. Also, no price matching with the reason - availablity is low. Better off shopping online and let the small guys die out if they don't want to even at least try to compete. Unfortunate because they do stock some regularly needed things.

Friendly, helpful and professional service. The parts I needed were only small but I was treated the same as a big purchaser

Young fella at the counter had a very condescending attitude and some of the prices are outrageous, 70 for a common product that officeworks has for 33, i understand its a small business but how can you justify over 2x the price?
