My band and I have been recording with Dan at Gladeside Recordings for our second EP. It's been an absolute pleasure working with him and we are very proud of the result. Dan is a very skilled sound engineer. The recordings are of highest quality and every instrument comes out at its best. He is always very attentive and doesn't hesitate to record several takes to have the better sound possible while respecting levels of tiredness. Dan is also a very helpful and smart producer. He is open to our comments and suggestions, always happy to tweak things to reach satisfaction for both parties. He doesn't hesitate to tell us what he thinks and makes sure that no compromise is made that doesn't serve the sound as its best. Dan is a multi-instrumentalist and can help adding parts to the songs to give them more depth and make them more interesting. His network in the industry also means that he knows many quality session musicians who can provide their services in addition. Dan is also a lovely person. He is very easy to communicate with and very responsive. He always puts you at ease, and the cosy environment of Gladeside recordings really helps to stay relaxed. He has a real passion for music and will make sure that what comes out of the studio is the best possible. I really couldn't recommend him enough.

Gladeside Recordings is, in a word, brilliant! The man in charge, Dan Wilde, has a style of working that pushes things into a whole new gear, I had no idea my work could sound like this. It was clear from my fans reaction to the first single recorded with Dan that I had found a home for my 1st studio album. The production was effortless and highly efficient; throughout the entire process we had to let only one part go. Dan has a list of musical contacts that most new producers would die for. Conversations about what to add to each track always end with ‘I know someone’. This is then followed by session musicians arriving on the scene and taking your beloved songs to another level.
