I do have kudos on how amazing the gym centre's idea of bringing the first marvelous impression to visitors/clients which is really important - The hunk reception is very eye-catching!!! And also a glamorous staircase leading clients with needs up to the treatment hole(cave?) inside gym centre, which is thoughtful and adventurous. The entire venue is lavish, reigned whoever entering there a VIP. I always enjoy and find amusing visiting there by whatever position.

A very good gym just got a whole lot better! It’s been enlarged and transformed with the addition of a lot of new machines – more than you’ll ever need. Great gym, friendly staff and never too busy. It’s got to be the best – and best value – gym for miles around.
Gym is ok not overly friendly however they make it impossible to cancel contracts and even when you find errors in the contract they still don't let you cancel when they made the error. Now had to pay a high cancellation fee when they had errors in the contract. Not happy and never going back. AVOID!
Good gym hard to get out of contract but other then that the equipment is pretty good
Poor dated gym equipment. Running machines noisey as they are on the 2nd floor which shakes the whole place about. The rowing machine electronics don’t work properly. most pulse checkers don’t work properly. Music awful not motivating and quite sexist at times. Basic changing rooms with no cold running tap water and lockers that don’t lock properly. The Gym is being slightly upgraded in dec 19. some helpful staff but disappointed when I asked for pt sessions with the lack of communication when told I would be texted to arrange times and dates. There are No free drinking water facilities in the gym. Plastic water bottles are sold but they don’t allow metal or your own ones to be refilled from the tap in reception. I joined a spinning class and that was the best part to be honest. Run by Vicky who was always very professional in her manner and she knew how to get the best from you. After my first year expired I was told by the owner Liam that I could extend my membership amount for another year at the same cost but then 3 months later I got a letter stating that my membership was increasing by 10 a month or I could just leave and that the process would be initiated as the letter was put. This letter was almost threatening and they didn’t seem to care less whether I stayed or left. This infuriated me to the point I decided to leave and this is why I am writing this review. Business is all about looking after your customers and they have failed miserably here. I definitely would not recommend this gym if you want the latest in advanced tech and machinery. And most importantly a drink of free tap water.
