I've got mixed feelings about this place. First of all, never go early. Yes don't go early EVERYONE thinks going early will make things faster so everyone is there by 6am and its getting way too crowded and useless. I literally finished way faster when i arrived by 9am than 7am. Second. Take 2 pens with you and you have a 50% chance of never seeing them again. There's a parking space and you can leave your phone normally, anyone who says otherwise don't believe them. And finally, you have to face the fact that you will be there for minimum 5 hours. It doesn't matter how much prepared you think you are or you already having all the papers. They will find a way to delay you as much as possible. On the other hand there were some fun times, you'll meet new people or even make friends. Its the best way to kill time there. And the staff will treat you with respect "sometimes". But in the end once you have what you came for you will be filled with a sudden relief and just forget everything instantly, hell i promised myself i'd give this a one star but idk it was hell of an experience. Take it with a smile.

Well. This is prob one of the most painful processes any male Egyptian has to go through paperwork-wise, it’s a fact. The good People actually are keen to help you but they are under a lot of pressure and often abuse from the public. So be careful and try to hide your frustration if you can when asking questions. Have all papers ready and copies too. Find this out before you queue to talk to someone. Has potential to all of this to be automated. The bad Unorganised. No numbering system is used even though it’s in place. Cafes are terrible. Toilets are a disaster. Expect long waits here. It’s like serving a sentence.
