Didn't repair my phone. Advised they could repair my phone for me but suggested I didn't. Said to replace the battery could create many problems on my phone and for the age of my phone I shouldn't do it. It's an older phone. Very helpful chap on the desk.

While my phone was happily spending its own time in my pocket, the screen, which i had chosen to replace with Gizmoes themselves, decided to crack on its own. They did offer a reduced price for a replacement screen however it should have been installed correctly in the first place!
