To start I want to thanks to Ecopool in covid situation the give me nice survive yesterday.... The journey was great... With very good driver.... Very well mannered..... The cab service was also fantastic... On time.... It was 400km journey.... But reached I on my destination on time...... Well done.... I will prefferd text time...

Good and courteous drivers! Clean . Will recommend Ecopool to my friends and family for a smooth experience. plus they support Wallet (PayTM) and Gpay transactions also which is a big plus in Jharkhand- in my opinion.

I had booked a car from Ranchi to Dhanbad for my elderly parents. Since the drive is long, I booked them on a flight which reaches Ranchi at 2 PM and then further drive to Dhanbad. Ideally if they start by 1430 also from Ranchi airport, reaching Dhanbad by 1830 is easy. This is not too late. However, Ecopool team didn't share the car details till noon for a 1400 hours pick up. Then I was told that driver will reach by 1430. I toem that this is unacceptable and driver should reach earlier. If current booked car can't arrive, change it to some other driver. They didn't. My parents reached, called the driver only to know at 1415 hours that he is not even in Ranchi! He mentioned that he will take 45-60 minutes to reach. I was informed and I called back Ecopool. Only to be told that driver will take 15 minutes and he is stuck in a jam which is not their problem! I called back the driver and he mentioned that he has just entered the city. In the meantime another cab was arranged and my parents left for Dhanbad. I called back for cancellation and return of my refund. Four hours later my refund has not happened, which is a two minute job on Google pay. I am told they are busy and hence refund will take an hour. I want to and wish to support them. But such callous approach is uncalled for. Update - received a call from an arrogant and rude gentleman. Telling me that I should not be chasing them for a 200 rupee refund and it's not a big amount! And I am making an issue! Wow! You don't send a car, you don't follow up and I am the one who is at fault. NEVER EVER, EVER USE THEM.
Friendly, efficient, reliable; cars comfortable and in good nick; highly recommended. Excellent service: Very good and smooth driver with a positive attitude. I highly recommend them.
Cab service was extremely preferable and fine, the driver Mr Deepak was very polite and well behaved, the car was clean and was very comfortable, timing was absolutely perfect, overall rendered a very fine service.
Overall travel was nice. Just the wait time if reduced, the travel experience can be really good compared to its peers.
They are cheaters, arrogant people. Stay Away! Stay Away! Stay Away! Cars are generally dirty, not on time, ask for a hefty advance and if you cancel because their car doesn't come on time, they will not return your money. Beware, do not use them at all. Not worth your time. I wasted my money and time, you should shave yourself.
