Great best italian
Always entertaining staff and good food
Cannot fault the place - food was delicious and the staff couldn't do enough for us. We were a group of 9 in a rush for food before a show and they took us in, took our order and served us within 10-15 mins. We think they pushed us up to the top of the orders so we had a chance of eating - and are soooo grateful they did. Thank you so much, amazing.
Worst experience of customer service I've ever had. From start to finish the service was terrible. Came here as it was meant to be the best Italian in Cardiff and we arrived at 5pm on a Friday evening not late and we were out by 6pm it was so horrible to be there. We were made to feel like we were in the way and when I mentioned to the manager at the end about the customer service he said just write it on trip advisor like he didn't care at all about the Custer experience. This is a place that rely in its old reputation. I saw many other people being treated like we were and I will never go back again. Worst place I've been to in years..........left me feeling very upset
