Ali, this café's apparent proprietor, is a kindly man, the décor of the café is exquisite, and the wifi is superb, so if this was an internet café, it would be \high end\; however, from experiencing its low-grade capuccinos and americanos (priced at 2.50 a pop) and its greasy spoon mains (lots of overly-priced all-day breakfasts), considered in relation to its décor, an accurate descriptor of it would be: an overly-dressed and overly-priced greasy spoon.
