Jollibee Gingoog transferred to its new and bigger location 100m from its original spot. It's also accommodating drive through services. Great interiors. Great quality and taste as expected with any jollibee. Clean customer area and orgianized kitchen. But when i went there in the morning, their restroom was a mess. It was not a super busy shift at that time. Other than that we had a great meal in this branch.

Prices not logical at all! Very strange! You pay for large drink 30 pesos extra... Does not make sence at all! Regular 55 p. Large 65p. They have to charge only 10p.

Went there before 3 pm. Expected a cool place since the weather is so hot but was disappointed because it's not. Lots of aircon but thermostat is set at 23 degrees. Had to find a corner place since the building is facing the sun. All blinds were drawn but you could still feel the warmth of the outside temperature. I think management has to consider that since its summer temperature inside should be cooler. I think thermostat should be lower than 23 degrees!
Hot choco is love
Food is excellent, as expected. Service time is slow to moderate. Although it is understandable that this branch is always busy as it is the only Jollibee in the area, I hope they will improve on this to accommodate more customers fast. A lot of travellers stop by here, only to expect long queuing. It would also be better if they have a drive through service, since they have very little parking space and it is near the traffic light.
