We had a takeaway last night and it was fantastic! All 3 courses were exceptional and the attention to detail was excellent. The addition of a hand made night light and very sweet rose and herb arrangement just made the whole evening extra special. Thank you.

Quirky dining room. Busy but comfortable. Intriguing menu. All dietary requirements catered for. Spectacular arrangements of exotic dishes presented. Yummy tastes and flavours. Impressive wine list. Popular so booking ensures no disappointment. Parking very handy. Near train station. Bus route. Easy walk if you're local.

Just enjoyed a delicious takeaway meal from Gimbals. The food was really tasty. The filo parcel was gorgeous and the lamb perfect. Puddings too, stickly toffee pudding and truffles were just divine. I am about to order meals as a treat for my both my sons. Thank you Gimbals that was a real treat.

We ordered the Valentine's Day meal and had high expectations for the price. I'm pleased to say these were exceeded however with a very cleverly put together meal which was very easy to heat up at home and came with some lovely touches. The love potion cocktail went down a treat and every course was divine. Creating a playlist on Spotify was also a stroke of genius along with the candle included to add to the overall ambience. Well done Gimbal's, we look forward to eating in the restaurant again as soon as possible!
