We can get a response very promptly from any of the team who deal with letting our properties. Everything is done efficiently and with our best interests in mind. I cannot praise the team at RMJ, or recommend them, highly enough. We had a very stressful sale and purchase, which was nothing to do with our purchasers or our purchase, but the issues impacted on us all. Charley and Lee were absolutely wonderful at finding out as much information as they could, and making sure both us and our purchasers were kept up to date with all the details. When our Solicitors were slow to get started (also not the reason our transaction was stressful!) they made sure the right people were contacted to chase through the details and in the end we were ready to complete ahead of time. Charlie who dealt with our sale was also excellent and the whole team are friendly professional and completely on the ball with everything going on. We could not have done it without them!

What a breath of fresh air, they are! As a landlord I had experienced beyond sloppy and inefficiency with the local previous managing agent, but Kelly and her wonderful team were exceptional from the start. Making sure my tenants and I were kept in the loop, the paper work was done on time and giving helpful advice along the way. Seriously impressed with the service and cannot recommend them enough!
