I have been having PT with Nael under the supervision of Jav. When I have my first session after lockdown it was was quite tough, as its a requirement of the clinic to wear mask at all times , now I don't notice that I'm wearing one. Over the last 2 months my fitness levels have increased dramatically, I can't say enough about Nael so thank you

The centre is perfect, it has experts in each discipline, Jav has high standards and the fitness centre works really well and my experience with Jacob made a world of difference
