Ques are tool lon. Hire more staff. And pls sort out the storage so medication can be found quickly.

There has always been long waits for prescriptions, even before the other branch closed down in Station Road. Being short staffed has not helped but as at 2020 Dec, ques are now extremely long with even longer waits for medication

The staff are welcoming and friendly, however it is often a long wait for medication as they are usually short staffed. I once asked for advice on a minor illness from the pharmacist and she was cold and unfriendly. I would use this pharmacy to collect medication but would not ask for a consultation with the pharmacist again.

The Receptionist at the pharmacy was very sweet and welcoming, however the actual Pharmastist took a long time to get to the consulting room. I did not mind this but when she arrived she was very cold and made me feel unwelcome at a time I may have needed some reassurance.

Update 2020: queues are out the door, thanks to the closing of the only other pharmacy in rainham (station road). Wait times are huge. Lloyds corporate clearly didn’t think this through and now wait/queues are so long that it negatively affects customer experience. This is not caused by COVID - as long queues were not a problem prior to the other store beginning to close. Rating was 5*, down to 3* now. A very large pharmacy, lots of helpful and friendly staff and stock everything you could want. Always handle my medication fast, well and professionally :-)
