Had been suffering with pain and cramps in my left foot for a couple of months and realised it was not going to go away on its own. So I called the clinic unsure if they would see me due to the covid situation but was delighted when the lovely receptionist said they could fit me in for an appointment the following week. I arrived to a warm welcome and friendly atmosphere wearing my mask and cleaning my hands on entry. Jag came out to meet me in the reception also very friendly and was quickly able to tell I was walking and twisting over on the outside of my feet, she also did a few extra checks due to me being diabetic who are prone to issues with feet and need regular checks to check blood flow and nerve endings. Jag gave me some exercises to help the muscles in my feet along with advice about using hot and cold on my foot to help the swelling and along with a set of insoles to help correct my rolling of the foot. Jag said that should be all I need so pretty much a one stop shop but said if I had any further pain or issues to contact her again. Now on my second week wearing the insoles and doing my exercises and all is good. Highly recommend Jag and this practise.

I’m so glad I did as I found her knowledge and skills to be both experienced and professional. She made me feel so comfortable with her warm and friendly manner. If I could give 10 stars I would! Jag has been amazing, professional and reassuring - my whole family love her! The experience of having ingrown toenail surgery for three of us was pain free, effective and most importantly entertaining! Jag went out of her way to see my son quickly as he was on antibiotics and in real discomfort, so we were very grateful. I cannot recommend highly enough
I had both sides of both big toes cut out to stop my ingrown toe nails. The experience was great, a warm welcoming and a very fun and pain free procedure, I didn’t feel a thing and left with lots of bandage for my recovery, also have an aftercare appointment 48 hours after the procedure. Very happy, I highly recommend!
The lady Jag is a highly professional, very friendly and lovely lady. She goes beyond what is required and will help out as best she can. I hadn't had an annual type 1 diabetes foot review by my dr for almost 3 years ! I had a podiatric appointment to treat my feet !and mentioned this to Jag. She was reassuring and informed me that everything was ok and what areas she checked. She sent information to my GP informing them of this. Will definitely recommend her to all. Would want to give 10 stars. Thank you
