Shame, terrible Having checked Edens reviews and popping in to their showroom I ordered a roof lantern and a set of Bi-folding doors from them. The order paperwork was sparse so I followed it up with an email confirming all my requirements to the sales person ‘Samantha’ along with questions around fit dates and a request for detailed drawings for the builders, I received nothing back which should have warned me of what was to come! After many phone calls and broken promises of fit dates the fitters eventually turned up on day One 2 hours later than agreed, with the roof lantern only, they refused to start work until I paid for it. When the lantern came off the van After paying a further 3000 it was damaged , they fitted the good parts and left saying the would be starting early the next day around 8am to finish off the lantern and doors. Next day 8 am no sign, they turned up at 10 am (Puncture apparently) again saying that I needed to pay for the doors in full before they would start. I asked them to unpack them so I could check for damage and low and behold the main frame was severely dented and on measuring the doors they had been made too small. After several phone calls Eden windows suggested filling the gap with a piece of timber ! I refused and the fitters left. They now having had Nearly 6000 of my money and refuse to come and fix the lantern or fit the proper sized doors without me paying them more. I am happy to share all the correspondence If have had with them should you need any clarification. I promised to give Eden much more work if they performed well on this project but they have proved barely competent in pre sale and totally incompetent in installation and after sales. There must be some good companies out there, this one certainly has proven otherwise, save yourselves a lot of grief and go elsewhere.

Really pleased with our installation by Eden Windows. Our bifold doors look fantastic. There were some delays with installation due to covid-19 however we were kept up to date throughout.

Our windows and doors were replaced by Eden Windows about twelve years ago, and, apart from one window, the glass panes of which failed hermetically after nine years, and was replaced at cost only, still have the appearance of being 'brand new'. I highly recommend this company to anyone thinking of replacement windows. The fitters were highly professional and took trouble to see that everything was OK, even though finishing very late in the evening.
