Purchased a remote which was faulty. Sent a number of emails for a refund over a period of 6 months but have been continuously ignored.

As a reasonably competent DIYer but without and direct pool liner replacement experience, I was a little apprehensive about tackling a liner replacement myself. Thanks to excellent, helpful and patient guidance from Ashley at 1st Direct Pools, who supplied my new liner, it is now replaced without the considerable expense of engaging a professional liner fitting service. A highly recommended service provider!!

I’m a swimming pool enthusiast and built my own pool 13 years ago. I’m also a builder and was asked by a client to build a small swim spa. 1st direct pools supplied all the equipment at very competitive prices along with brilliant advice Ashley, Kim and Hannah. I now have a couple more pools to start over the winter and will be working again with 1st Direct without hesitation.
