Having suffered from Plantar Fasciitis for the 2nd time (1st episode lasting nearly 12 months) I did some research and found that the Gillingham Clinic had a bit of kit called Shock Wave Therapy which is designed to help Plantar Fasciitis without injections. Booked an appointment with Paul Timson and have now had 6 weekly sessions. The condition is so much improved. I had pain free nights sleep almost immediately and am able to walk freely. If you do happen to suffer from this painful condition I recommend Paul and his practice in Gillingham. Well worth the 50 minute trip for me to get there. Thanks very much Paul.

Very thorough got straight to the cause of the problem. Worked the area and gave some stretches to continue at home. Pain has eased no end can’t recommend highly enough

Took my 12 year old son after a injury at football. Great welcome... nice friendly man .....this helped my nervous son. Son was relaxed and can not wait to see him again for 2nd SESSION
