Purchased a washing machine from this company a few years ago and had tremendous service. Excellent response, quick delivery, hassle-free installation and they took all the the packaging away with them. Brilliant. Had a problem recently where the machine wasn't working very well. l put a call through and they attended the very next day. The engineer they sent was a real ambassador for the organisation, professional, knowledgeable, courteous, polite and diagnose the problem in a matter of minutes. The repair was effected within a very short time and the machine was back in action within an hour. We couldn't ask for better service. Many thanks Michael

Really good service and honest advice
Spoke with Stuart about a freezer problem - instead of booking in a call-out he advised me to unplug unit for a couple of days and plug back in. Freezer now working, so far! Also spoke about another problem and he was so helpful. Although a call-out was not needed, we managed to fix both problems over the phone. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND 100%!
After nearly driving round everywhere, went Gilbert and Vanstone. Excellent advice, delivered on goods. Helpful, eager... a delight.
