I should have known from the 1st appointment I had a 20 copay and only 100 bill and they couldn't break it so she made me walk to CVS to try and get change. I asked if I could call back in with a debit card by phone and she said no so I walk over to CVS and they can't break a 100 bill so what do you know all the sudden she'll let me call back once I got my debit card at home. Now this explains how lazy and incompetent there staff is. I drove all the way to there location to get my medical records which requires a signature. I told the lady at the counter that it was time sensitive and needed them by the end of business she responded no problem we will call you by 6pm. Instead of asking why and saying we are in 2020 you can't just hit print I said ok. What do you know not a phone call. This place is and I'll never be back

I don’t know about you guys but going to the doctor isn’t what I consider fun by any means. I must say that Dr. Ketterer and staff ease the anxiety that lives within me! Two thumbs up for Valley ENT.

Have had issues with my right ear filling up with fluid for 19 years. Dr. Ketterer has always been straight forward with me and we make an educated decision together. Staff has always been kind and helpful. I recommend this place. I drive 32 miles from North Phoenix to come here.
