This clinic is the newest and cleanest clinic I have been at ever. The staff was clean, friendly, and efficient. I really have never had a problem with any VA appointment and I don't know why veterans and the community give them a negative outlook. Do your homework before coming so you know what each individual clinic and hospital is appropriate for.

Oh the horror stories I was told prior to my transition from my Active Duty status to Retired about the Phoenix VA Care I was about to become part of... Completely False! The staff at the Southeast Veterans Health Care Clinic couldn't be more professional with my initial enrollments and visits. The facility is maintained very nicely and the staff is polite, willing to entertain your questions and concerns. My initial impression is that they truly care about their former Service Members. If they are busy then simply exercise some patience, they will get to you. Come prepared with your documentation, ask questions, seek out assistance. These are simple things that will get you the answers and treatment you need. Instead of just sitting in a chair complaining and waiting for someone to come to you. Speak with your fellow veterans that are in their as well, chances are they have solutions you haven't thought of. To the Southeast Staff, thank you for looking out for us. Waited more than two months for an appointment that was scheduled at 11:00. Didn’t get a phone call until after 11:30. I was unable to answer the call because of children responsibilities. Provider didn’t provide any contact info and I’m left unable to return the phone call. Now I’ve learned they want to reschedule this appointment which is total BS. The VA needs to be more punctual and provide a direct phone number. Loosing faith in this third world healthcare system.
