First escape room experience and was not disappointed! Our group of six solved the Casino Heist themed room and it was a lot of fun. Our gamemaster, I don't recall her name, was friendly and very helpful, and we'll definitely be back to try the Caskworks room.

They will allow singles to join a room that isn't full. The Collector was an interesting room. With the help of our game master we made it out. The last clue was incorrect due to an error when setting up the room, but we got through that. You are allowed 3 clues, when you ask for clues you're docked time. 1 minute for the 1st clue, 3 minutes for the 2nd clue and 5 minutes for the last clue.
Update: We just tried out paradox escape room again and our experience was 100% completely different! Our game master was amazing, knowledgeable and very attentive to the game! We are so happy with our experience and we are beyond grateful that Paradox reached out to us to make it right! We will for sure be back! Thank you Paradox :) I don’t usually leave reviews but we just want others to know our experience. :( My husband and I just finished the casino heist room. We pretty discouraged with our experience at paradox. The room was good enough itself but was reset incorrectly(confirmed by the game master after we had finished, the locks were reset on the wrong drawers.) we asked Twice for clues throughout the game and twice we were given clues to things that we had already solved. It took the game master a few minutes to figure out where we were and give a new clue. We didn’t fully complete the room and when the game master came in to explain it she had no idea what was going on. Even after we explained where we were at in the room she still didn’t know where to start explain the game to us. It just seemed like she didn’t really know the game or how to help us solve it. Maybe it was just an off night but we were disappointed :(
Family had so much fun. Definitely have to do it again.
Nice place and staff. We felt the challenge was appropriate for our level. We did not request any clues, but got nudges on some things. The decorations were cool. Unlike other rooms, they subtract time if you ask for clues, which I kind of liked it forces you to struggle a bit which makes the win sweeter.
