Nova Spine Pain Center is one of the most clean centers I have visited. The front lobby is inviting, offering fresh coffee and treats. Not every doctors office does that, I would say almost none do. The ladies at the front desk were kind and professional. The exam rooms are small but clean and cozy. The wait time was not bad. Dr. Patrick Grace was very nice. He started off by making sure that we understood the issue at hand and the the plan of treatment. He never once seemed rushed or annoyed by the questions we had. He was very calm natured and friendly. After speaking with Dr. Grace he walked us out to the MA who was very knowledgeable and assisted us with scheduling our procedure. They were able to get us scheduled right away! We are happy to have been referred to this center and recommend anyone who is having pain visit this location.

This was my first visit. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Even while I was in the process of making an appointment, I felt very welcomed to the office. In discussing my treatment plan, Dr. Tom was thorough , friendly, and professional. He explained VERY thoroughly the plan he was recommending, that I understood it and then felt comfortable with it.I never felt rushed. I was so glad that I was referred to NOVASPINE Pain Institute by my family physician.
