I’ve had such a great experience with the staff and Dr. Ijaola. So thorough in working with my son and trustworthy care. It’s great to have such a good neighborhood physician who cares and is knowledgeable.

The MA staff is not personable or organized. When rescheduling all the morning appointments this week they left out the detail that only one parent could attend so not only am I missing my new born get his shots but the parking is full of people with running cars because it’s 108 degrees outside.This causes a waste of time and resources. I understand the changes need to occur but please respect our time.
I wish I could say I had experience with Dr. Hope but I never made it that far! You can tell alot about an office by how well they communicate and provide expectations. I called to try and become a new patient and the lady on the phone had no idea what to do. She kept telling me that I had to go to some website and pay a fee. I politely advised her that I am not concerned with the money aspect and I really need to be seen. She went on to say that she had no idea what the doctors schedule looked like... ?? Really? They must have plenty of patients, they dont need new ones.
Dr. Hope is the type of Dr. I’ve been searching for for the last 18 yrs! She makes me feel truly cared for. One of the many qualities I really appreciate is the time and attention she gives. When she is with you she is with you. She listens, and answers your questions with not only great knowledge and from experience but also with the heart of a Dr. who truly cares and knows you. Thank you for being so caring and patience. ️
