I should have known from the start when the new patient paperwork was more billing than medical history. I wasn’t a patient long as I felt all they did was schedule more appointments so they could bill more money. It would be one thing if those were substantive appointments but I was in and out with almost nothing done and rescheduled for a couple of weeks. I did not get the feeling that they truly cared about patients.
Did you know that if you need/want to see the doctor at this office exclusively you need to pay an recurring annual fee per person! And it's several hundred dollars, did I mention annually! I've never heard of anything more outrageous. Additionally, one of offive staff said to me, \if you don't like it you can take your needs somewhere else\. I would never return to this environment. All I can say is, WOW.
Don't Clog up our phone lines\ is the first thing you hear when you call. Its a recording if you are asking about covid vaccine.
I was a patient of another NP that worked there. I was never contacted from the office that she left. I booked an appointment with next available option for RX refill. I was running late to appointment and called 15 Mins prior to appointment and advised them I would be there soon. I arrived 1 min before appointment and staff member, stepped away to ask Dr if they could still take me and they stated yes. When staff came back a few minutes later to their desk to check me in the clock on computer stated I was late for my appointment and said they could not take me. Asked for a manager and No one was available to assist. There were no other patients in the lobby waiting. They charge ne 50.00 for a no-show appointment that I did show on time to. I wont pay it. Its unprofessional and not right. I was unable to get my RX refill on time and had to go with out while trying to find another doctor. Medically it wasn't right.
