I love this gym. Love the instructors. Cindy, Natalie, Kim and holly and Kristin keep me motivated and coming back! Wish there was massage chairs like the one in Utah I went to. The child care has amazing workers. Especially Hannah! She’s our favorite and my kids beg to see her. Love that it’s close to home and love all the people I’ve met.

Isn't too busy during the morning! Plenty of equipment to get in a solid workout of any type. Really enjoy the section that they have for legs (squat racks, hack squats, leg press, etc.). Staff was friendly. Other members were super cool and everybody seemed to take their training seriously. Definitely worth checking out this location if you are near the area.
I Love Jaid he is one of the Manager Trainer who trained me today on my 1st day. He knew I had a bad Knee but he was very careful but also made sure I got a good workout. I chose E.O.S because they had more machines to work with pool in case one day I need a little cooling down and a wonderful friendly staff who are very helpful. Thank EOS and Jaid. We all need help from time to time. Whichever way or manner someone might have gone out of his or her way to offer that help. I just wanted to say Thank you to Clinton and Derik for going above and beyond to help me of my time and need knowing I haf injured my knees and not able to go back to work and working out at the gym due to Drs. Orders until my knees are all good. I was diagnosed with a Bilateral knee problem means my knees are all shot. But anyways I just want to say again make sure you guys are gonna be noticed for your kindness , An authentic and considerate person like you guys should be recognized and praised because you truly make this world a better place. I hope you know this. I am so thankful I have your passionate support in my life. Thank you, again Clinton and Derik from the bottom of my heart. Have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year
Just visiting with a friend and had a great workout. If my schedule permitted I'd get a basic membership here. Its very busy in the morning until around 10 so finding equipment open is difficult until then. Also, I've been through the spiel and if you travel, its worth the upgrade to a better membership, but if you just want to come, workout and go home, all you need is the basic. Also check out fitness 1440 down the street, no frills gym but gets the job done.
