TWO of my teenager needed their wisdom teeth out in the same month! Dr Hansen and staff were professional and caring. I felt clearly informed throughout the whole process. Dr called the night of (Valentine’s Day!) to check on my son. We used both locations. I’d recommend to anyone needing OS.

I had my wisdom teeth extracted from desert valley oral surgery. They kept me well informed what was going to happen what I needed to do prior and what would be involved after. I had all four done in about an hour. in addition to their professional service I also really liked that they were able to do my consultation visit at one location while having the procedure done at the other location that was closer to home. I got all of my wisdom teeth removed and Dr. Hansen and his staff did a wonderful job! They answered all my questions so I felt at ease before the surgery, and after the surgery so far I am doing great. The staff member who put in my IV did a phenomenal job! Barely felt a thing! Secretaries were very helpful and easy to work with. Dr. Hansen was super thoughtful and made a follow up call to see how I was doing. The entire office was very clean and the office decor was lovely. I would recommend Dr. Hansen to anyone needing oral or facial surgery.

I was extremely anxious about getting my wisdom teeth removed given I'm in my thirties now and obviously didn't get it done when I was younger. I had three consultations one with my general dentist, one with a different oral surgeon and then one with Dr. Hansen who was referred to me by my brother who had him remove his wisdom teeth last year. When I arrived for my consultation the first thing I noticed is the office is spotless which I like. The ladies at the front desk were very cordial and friendly and I had a minimal wait time to see the doctor. He went over the risks given the proximity of the nerve to my lower wisdom teeth. His professionalism and confidence put me at ease right away and I then set a date for the procedure. On the date of the procedure I was given IV sedation had all four extracted and it was over before I knew it. I'm almost a week post op and recovery was not bad at all. Trust me if you are needing to get your wisdom teeth out go see Dr. Hansen and have an oral surgeon who specializes in this procedure take care of it for you.
