We found Creo after we had been struggling to find the right fit for our special needs child. He had tried several other types of school options including public, charter and even homeschooling. We stumbled across Creo at its inception and haven’t looked back. Our son began in 2nd grade and is now at the new Adolescent campus currently in 8th grade. He was working on life skills and academics in a new way and he was loving it. The focus on grace and courtesy had also stuck us as such a unique attribute of this type of education. The idea that this is their “home” and they are being “raised” during the day to be good, caring, love, and thoughtful human begins resonated. Since our son started after he was very established in core subjects, it was eye opening to watch our middle child read at such a young age and with such confidence. Her love of learning, reading, and researching hasn’t diminished over time. Having the 3-year cycle has had such an amazing impact on our children being able to build on skills in a continuous environment with the same teachers has been a blessing. We love Creo and have felt so fortunate to be a founding family and watch this school grow each year. To be able to provide this type of well rounded, thought provoking, integrative education to my children is beyond anything I could have imagined. As a yoga teacher, to see so many principles of self-care, self-esteem, self-love and humanity incorporated into their daily environment makes my heart sing.

My son started here in September and wow is all I can say. Amazing staff and amazing school. They truly set the gold standard for Montessori education and my son loves going to school everyday. He looks forward to it and the two prior schools he thought were a punishment. I have seen him grow so much already in just the three short months since he started the children’s house program. He talks about his classmates and always has wonderful stories to share with me when he comes home about his teachers and friends. This school gets 10/5 stars for me. I just wish they didn’t require the kids to wear masks (k-12).
First of all, unless I’m wrong, I believe this is the only AMI certified Montessori school in Gilbert. Every teacher is AMI certified too. If you are a Montessori purist like we are, this accreditation is absolutely essential. Knowing this, my husband and I toured this school as our first choice before moving to the area from the east coast, and were so impressed! The professionalism and friendliness of the staff, the campus, the students, and their dedication to green spaces, gardening, and real-life learning were all exemplary. We are so excited for our daughter to start school here!
My son (6) and daughter (4) attend Creo. My wife and I are amazed at their academic growth. My son has developed a natural curiosity for learning and was reading, writing and understanding division by age 5. My daughter comes home singing songs in Spanish. She is developing her reading, writing and gravitates toward group work. My children are also learning about community and what their place is within it. Working side by side with a diverse group of children of all ages where Community and free thinking education come together.
My 3 children have attended Creo for 5 years. I have nothing but great things to say. My children are empowered to think outside of the box and the school encourages acceptance of others through peace curriculum. I especially like the farm to table gardening education, bilingual immersion program and community of supportive staff and parents. I wholeheartedly believe my children are gaining the skills and confidence to be the leaders of tomorrow.
