Professional Doctors, nurses, and Np's. Clean facility. Friendly staff. Positive results. I have been a customer/ patient for over a year and I have never had any problems with finding results. My pain has been managed very well with Dr. Ray and Dr Lazzaro. The procedures I have undergone have all been successful. The staff has all been thorough with my before and after care. I should have written a positive review months ago. I'm grateful for the relief of my pain. My experiences with: Dr Lazzaro: she is caring, friendly, and really listened to everything I had to share (imaging, history, etc.). She was investigative and found key points to specialize my personal care profile. Don't let her youth fool you, she knows her stuff. She was/ is the right Doctor for the job for me. Dr. Ray: very professional. He was able with his experience and expertise to completely block the pain I had been experiencing in my lower back. The relief was emotionally liberating. That's because for the first time in years I was pain free. I had forgotten what that felt like. Dont give up on the goal to be pain free. I've been working at this a while and all I can say is the relief I have been experiencing so far is very good. I continue to be treated here because I am seeing results. Chad Norris was my PA. He's called in sick at the last minute, the office staff has scheduled me to see him on day he's not even in the office, and he treats patients THAT DESPERATELY NEED HELP MANAGING PAIN like we're drug abusers! I've been scheduled 4 times in 21 days just trying to get my medication and SOME RELIEF. I received 5 days of medication, that's it! Now I've waited over an hour on line for my telemed appointment. He never showed so I called in just to find he's not even in today. Another appointment postponed and still NO PAIN RELIEF! It's very obvious Arizona Pain and their Dr's/ PA's truly do not understand SEVERE, ONGOING, CHRONIC, DEBILITATING PAIN. They get paid for all these appointments yet are unable/ unwilling to help their patients. UPDATE. I saw Jessica Ray today. SHE WAS GREAT! She actually took time to listen, and really heard me! She took plenty of time looking into me as a person, past treatments that haven't worked, and we were able to move forward. The wait time was long but she was AWESOME and CARING! I will reschedule with her in the future!
It was an excellent experience. All the staff was so professional and courteous. Kept me informed every step of the way so I knew every minute what was happening. Dr so good I knew all about what would happen and what to expect afterward. Highly recommended!
Oh Dr Scott took my in Scottsdale, was so friendly. Then I moved to Chandler Az. The Chandler office was a nightmare. So I went to Gilbert , where all you see are PA's. Convinced me to have a shoulder burn. O I was fine when they called next am, still numb. Then the pain set it. It has been simply awful, months later I am in more pain. DO NOT GO TO THIS PRODUCTION LINE PAIN CLINIC. Get a real pain dr who listens. This is an awful clinic and they simply don't care. Call, they might get around to calling you back, maybe not. Call the doctors line....
Had me waiting for over an hour past my appointment time (that I had to be there 40 minutes prior to) before I could see anyone in a medical capacity. I am not sure who has time to be threatened with a fine or charge when they are late as a patient but nothing happens when the Dr is running late or they are too busy. I left because if that is how they treat me on the first contact, I already know it is going to be an uphill battle. Go somewhere else. I gave it one star because that is the lowest possible to give. I would give them a zero.
