Good quality food but not very warm, we turned up early to collect and when we went in to collect it had been in a warming oven. However, this is a consequence of Covid and restrictions around collection rather than a negative point. My daughter loved it

Not good for take away was very disappointing. Very bland noodles taste like cheap microwave Packet noodles no flavour at all. 3 small thin sliced chicken pieces in the red thai curry same with the beef curry. The curry did have a nice flavour.
Had a lovely evening at the Giggling Squid in Chistlehurst. During covid their measures are safe and still friendly. The food was fantastic. For starter we had BETEL BEEF ON SUGAR-CANE SKEWERS, MAH KWAN PEPPER PORK BELLY and GRILLED SQUID & CRISPED THAI GARLIC. All great although we loved the squid the most. For main we shared three dishes between the two of us: ROYAL FISHING BOAT CURRY, MASSAMAN and BUTTERNUT BOAT. The fish was served in a super spicy endorphin releasing sauce we kept mopping up, the massaman was delicious and the butternut squash was the mildest but also super tasty. Would recommend any of them but if I could only choose two it would be the fish and massaman. Dessert was two lovely light and perfectly sized dishes after our feast for two. CARAMELISED MANGO CAKE and COCONUT PUDDING WITH BERRY COMPOTE. If you are feeling stuffed but wishing you could just have one dessert I would advise the Coconut pudding, its super refreshing and a good post dinner portion, very light to eat and very tasty. All staff were attentive and helpful and made our evening feel special and stress free. We shall certainly be returning for another dinner soon.
