GigaFix was a great help for advice for my laptop. Brought it in for a diagnosis after it stopped charging; which they were able to tell me the problem the next day. Was honest with me and gave good advice on my laptop; that it is better to get a new one rather than fixing as it's old and the problem can reoccur. Would definitely come to them again!

They maintain open lines of communication so feel free to call or shoot them an email for inquiries. They also provide clarity with pricing and the length of time it will take them to work on your device. Also, they keep you updated through the working process. Take full advantage of the services they offer. They were phenomenal!!
We really like these guys. So far they have been no fuss, reasonably priced for a PhD student like myself, and trustworthy. A high recommend for now.
I went to this shop to fix my MacBook Pro after seeing many positive reviews. It had fallen from a sofa. After their diagnostics, they told me that only the keyboard needs to be replaced, which I already suspected they got wrong anyway. This fix did not solve the issue, and the new keyboard doesn't work properly. It was obvious that they did the wrong fix. But they wanted me to come back later after using the laptop for some time since they give a 1-month warranty. I am not going to do the same mistake again. Just lost 150 pounds, and now have an inferior quality product on my laptop which they have replaced. I must now go to an apple store and replace all of these. I won't recommend these guys if you have an expensive product. Pretty incompetent on diagnosing the issues. Avoid.
My Mac unfortunately suffered water damage at the hands of misplaced cup of tea. The help I received from Andrew and the team at Gigafix was amazing. They repaired the damage and found me a replacement hard drive, even though it was no longer in production. The value for this was excellent and I felt like the laptop was in great hands at all time. They made every effort to diagnose and fix the problem. I couldn't recommend highly enough. Thank you!
