I was there end of October and had a very chilly experience as the tent was not properly covered and did not have enough heaters to keep guests warm to enjoy our dinner. Limited menu and staffing. Returned this past week and requested indoor table which was honored but the service was horrible. Our table was serviced by the bartender who seemed to be having a bad day. Our steaks were not properly cooked, the help basically just threw our bread plate on the table and just walked away. Bread was not warm. Menu is limited, including dessert choices. Overall worst experience in years. I know we are in pandemic, but the service could definitely be better for what I would consider a high end establishment. I don’t recommend until the pandemic is over. Hopefully by then they are properly staffed to provide the service and full menu that we are accustomed too. Rating on last 2 visits

Delicious! I had enough for two meals! The desert is amazing! While it's still summer, you have to try the elote! Ohhh, so good! The precautions during the pandemic were also reassuring

I had a bad experience with curbside pick up. Long story short, we were waiting for our food for a a LONG time and I was unable to get any help. At the end Tori helped us at the best of her ability. Thank you Tori. The next day, Devon, the manager, reached out and apologized for the way things were handled. I truly appreciate him reaching out to us even if it was the following day. The situation almost led us to take our business elsewhere, but knowing that they truly care for their customers made me think twice about that decision. Customer service is a big deal for us and therefore, I will continue to order from here. BTW - Food is delicious each and every time.

6 years ago was my first time at Gibsons at 13 years old, it was wonderful and I couldn't wait to go again. My second, and last time was this year during the summer. I ordered what I thought was going to be one of the best New York strips I've had. Unfortunately, it was served to me like charcoal. I know this is a high caliber restaurant and I don't understand why they were willing to serve a steak cooked like that to anyone let alone me. Along with it being burned, it was overcooked closer to a medium well than a medium rare. As someone who can't go there any day of the week, I felt that it was a waste of money and really wished I went across the street to Perry's. The dessert, though not amazing, was better than the main course which is why this is at a 2 star rating. I understand that being 18 at a restaurant like that for a nice time with my girlfriend before college, we are not the highest priority or the table with the highest check. That being said, I feel we should still be able to expect a wonderful meal. I would also like to note that my girlfriend also felt the same way I did.

Love the food and service here. A lot of great steak options, but I usually go for the prime rib. Their creamy horseradish goes perfectly with it. Can't go wrong with any of the family sharing style sides, but I personally like the double baked potato and creamed Spinach. Other items are okay like the burger, but if you come here, you should get a steak.
