I was initially really struggling looking for places as a lot people and letting agencies did not get back to me. Once I found a place handled by Gibbs Gillespie, I was contacted by Stefan Sturge, who made sure to keep me in the loop regarding any properties that matched my requirements. He went above and beyond for us, he went to the property we were interested in a few times to answer any questions and provide us with videos as we were not able to visit in person. My wife and I have recently purchased a property in Hatch End through Gibbs Gillespie. We worked with Danny Caulfield in the Pinner office. Danny was incredibly helpful and effective in helping us get the house over the line. There were four parties in the chain and for various reasons there were multiple unexpected delays. It was a particularly difficult time for us as we took the decision to become chain free in order to speed up the process and on top of that my wife was pregnant. Through the entire process Danny worked tirelessly, professionally and always diligently.
