Bought a hot tub through Gibbs and Dandy. Great experience from start to finish. Staff were so helpful, put me in direct communication with supplier to answer any questions I had. Delivery was prompt and Gary the delivery driver for Canadian Spa's helped install it for an extra cost. So glad we opted for this as it would have taken us ages to do it ourselves and he was so knowledgeable and helpful.

Used Gibbs & Dandy St Ives as the main supplier for our house build. Great prices, always helpful on the phone and in the shop. Delivery drivers go the extra mile placing your deliveries exactly where they are needed on the site.
Love this retailer as not only do they have an excellent of products but also they are friendly, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I cannot recommend strongly enough

A while since I'd been here and I noticed the yard had improved considerably with more room in it to park. The counter staff were friendly and helpful. I'd rung ahead to get a price for something and the chap remembered me. Yard lad was helpful too in getting me loaded up.
