My friend's car's battery died. Went inside for help and were warm-heartedly greeted, after which we were redirected to the garage at the back. A very friendly employee there carried a (heavy) jumpstarter battery all the way to our car and took his time to help us out. We were charged close to nothing. THANK YOU AGAIN SO MUCH!

One of the warning lights of my rental came on while on vacation. I called Gent motors and they were able to schedule me in 30 minutes. Another 30 minutes and 20 Euro later the car was fixed. Amazing!

On 02/01/18 I had a clutch problem on my camper and I went to Gentmotors in Gent for help. The mechanic checked my car and his diagnosis after 30 seconds was \pump in gearbox broken\. Luckily they were not ready to help me straight away and thus made me go home for the repair job. I had the car repaired within a couple of minutes by replacing the old brake liquid, an act I proposed to the mechanic. The diagnosis is clear: no pump broken!!!! Gentmotors' explicite incompetence would have cost me a lot of money for a completely unnecessary repair job and I am very grateful, that their service was so unaccomodating. Nevertheless my advice would be to send the mechanic to an intense series of training courses, .....unless trying to make money from foreigners at any price is this garages regular business practice. This is certainly no way to earn confidence!!!
