This project very bad. Pls think before purchase, client very sad with ruchira group because construction very delay... and not refund rent to client..

THE WORST EVER PROJECT. MD GUPTA DOESNT HAVE ANY EXPERIENCE IN CONSTRUCTION. ALL THE CLIENTS ARE CURSING THEM FOR NOT DOING ANY CONSTRUCTION.
it's been 5 years and still the project is incomplete. it gives false hope and does fake promises....investors please beware .
If you are looking for an affordable home with superior quality and amenities- this is the project you should go for.
Worst project ....it has started in 2014 but still has reached the 1st floor...very poor management...i feel pity for those who are still stuck in this project......
