It’s very difficult to watch your child suffer. This is the best treatment my 15 year old son has ever received for his eczema, EVER! If your child is suffering from a dermatological problem, PLEASE, take your child to see Dr Ghali and his wonderful staff at Pediatric Dermatology of North Texas. You won’t regret it!

We have been longtime patients of Dr. Ghali. We were first referred to him by my (adult) dermatologist 7 years ago for a second opinion on my daughter due to his stellar reputation. He was extremely thorough and worked hard to ensure we understood her diagnosis clearly and showed us supporting research on recommended next steps. We returned years later with my son to help with warts and other issues. Dr. Ghali does great at reading the room and if a kid is anxious (like mine) he gives them space and builds trust before examining. He really built the trust of my son over a series of visits. My son recently had a skin issue that stumped many pediatricians at Children's and Dr. Ghali spent the time to help us figure out what was going on. We really trust him ad his experience. Would highly recommend him. Personable and great bedside manner.

I don’t normally do reviews but I am highly impressed with Dr. Ghali and his PA Nicole. I have taken my youngest son to Cooks for the bumps on his legs with NO success even after several visits. I wanted a second opinion and Dr. Ghali looked at the bumps and treated them. With one treatment he made my kiddo feel better and happy the bumps are finally going away. Thank you Dr. Ghali and Nicole.

My daughter's pediatrician referred this Dr. Ghali specifically giving him praise. I scheduled an appointment with the office in September... two weeks later I received a reminder that the appt was with the nurse practitioner. So I called and let the same person answering the phone know that I wanted to see the doctor specifically. She exclaimed that I was told originally that it was with the nurse. I said look this is not an argument and what I wanted. I also mentioned that good customer skills is apart of her job, etc. So she set the appointment another 2 weeks later stating he wasn't available until then. The next week I called to let them know my child's issue is worsening, can I get in sooner. She asked could I come in the next hour. I did. Dr. Ghalil came in and said the urse practitioner\ (which was in the room and asked more questions) knew more than he (being facetious), and everything he suggested he asked for the nurse's approval... she was tickled by it. He sat on the counter in the room and did not touch or come close to my daughter... none of them did. He asked what she was given by the pediatrician and prescribed her something. He surely was being sarcastic and maybe cause of our skin color or what he was not going to touch her... Very unprofessional and so was his staff. I will be telling my pediatrician... don't recommend him. He is an immature mess. By the way my daughter's condition is much worse :(

I have enjoyed every visit to have my son seen by Dr Ghali from 4 months to 2 years. Hoping to be back in 2 years when my sons hemangioma is ready to be removed.
