Rang the shop a few times to enquire about getting someone to come and lay some existing flooring under our stairs space and getting some doormats fitted. When they eventually answered I was basically told they’re too busy to even discuss the possibility of doing the work. Very poor customer service, would not entertain contacting them again in the future despite some people’s good reviews.

Been sprucing the whole house a room at a time and when ready for a carpet have ordered and always been excellent quality and reasonable prices. The carpet fitters were very professional and do a very good job of fitting
