Very nice people, who I think tried their best. But I bought a phone from them. It didn’t work. I asked for it to be replaced, they replaced it. The new phone didn’t work. I brought it in for repair. They said that it was repaired. It broke after a month. Covid hit and when I managed to get back into the shop post-Lockdown they said that it was no longer responsible, and said the best they could do was offer a discount on another phone. I’ve gone through two dysfunctional phones and been without reliable mobile data and signal for all of this year due to faulty products and ineffective repairs. I think if I sold someone two phones that didn’t work, I would feel a greater responsibility to help them out.
