Nice Gear, but the customer service ive recieved has been prrtty terrible, firstly, i purchased a helmet that was delivered in a box with 2 very thin pieces of bubble wrap offering no protection to the helmet, when i raised my concern I was told i could return it as long as I paid for the return delivery and it hadnt been worn, obviously i had to try it on the make sure it fits! which i found ridiculous, this coupled with late delivery made me very angry, but i gave them the benefit of the doubt and the secone time purchasing an item which the website shows instock i have been informed its not in stock and could take a while, im hoping that it arrives within thw next few days and has ample bubble wrap to protect the integrity of my helmet

Expected more products and ranges from this store.But there was limited items of each with only two things that would fit my husband.If your 6ft or have a big chest then obviously you aren't supposed to ride bikes with decent gear on.Come on people stock sizes for real people.Staff were helpful and polite thou.
Alex was fantastic, very helpful and knowledgeable. Ended up with a great jacket. Will definitely go back.
I love this place!! Came in when it was raining and had great service, free cups of tea and coffee as well as welcoming, helpful staff. Great products and the 20% bank holiday discount really helped me out. 5 stars all the way.
Waiting on phone for ages wanted to speak to leeds store got leatherhead another customer lost.
