What kind of visa service they are running?? On google its saying Saturday open 9 til 1, wasted my journey and time. I have been waiting outside since 8.56am as I thought they open at 9am. Its 10.06am now still waiting.... and no contact number on the website or Google. The website was last updated in 2013!!! What? It should be updated at the least yearly or when there are any changes or announcements it should be posted. I can't believe this! Very disappointed.

Extremely misleading and disgusting. They have moved from the address which they are showing on their website. Absolutely disgusting and frustrating. They didn't even bother to put any signs on old office so called 130 for the visitors. Appranlty illiterate and dubmly unprofessional staff. The new office is on Washwood heath road. Don't forget 8 steps to enter the office if you need any mobility support. Horrible

Natural World

Animals. Nightmare.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Phones are not being answered, no one to ask for help, opening times are incorrect, staff is half asleep and rude like they own the place, you have to travel all the way from Bristol to Birmingham only to find out that they're closed, when i spoke to the lazy and abrupt 'Consulate of Pakistan's' staff he told me that Gerry is open and when i checked the opening hours on the website it also said OPEN but it was closed when I went there. Why?? why are you turning UK into one of our Asian countries (Pakistan, India), why can't you just follow and respect the simple rules and procedures here in the UK by providing us with the correct information, what's causing the un-professionalism and illiteracy?
