We popped in while out walking in the area and sat outside in the under cover area due to Covid and had a couple of beers. Other tables were getting food and it looked lovely so we had a light bite as well and it was so good we said we would go back for a meal next time we were walking that way. Great beer, lovely food and great service.

What can I say... After being flooded out last week, I didn't realise until someone said! The place was lovely, they've worked hard to keep their customers, the staff were amazing! So helpful and nice... And now for the food.... the Chef is awesome, not one plate went back with food left! Thank you So tastey, and the cheese cake was to die for.. It was our Dad's 81st birthday, one we'll never forget, thank you to all in The Gerrard Arms,

Following a walk through borsdane woods decided to call here for a refreshment.upon discovering the beverages on offer after the first one we decided to reside the menu for a spot of lunch...we opted for home made burger hand cut chips salad,and a steak baguette hand cut chips salad.the cask ale was really nice upon being seated and waiting and eventually deciding to order then receiving our food.after main meals decided to order a sweet as well chocolate brownie and lemon cheese cake both with pouring cream..have to say all was delicious and well presented, was informed by our client based staff looking after us that they had actually recently acquired a new chef.i would reccomend a visit here I will myself prob return in two days on fri 9/10/20 to try another dish on the menu.great to participate in the quality and value of eating out locally and supporting a local buisness..
