I love Dr. Gleason. He is very nice and covers everything. He performed my so surgery at 6 mo old and made me feel very comfortable about it. Recently had to go back to see him and it was such a good visit. Again making me feel so comfortable and made sure I understood everything.

My daughter was referred to the downtown location with a urologist after an ER visit due to urethral diverticulum(extremely rare in 14 year old girls). The ER doctors assumed something was wrong with her bladder or kidneys. Unfortunately, the urologist that Baptist Desoto referred to us had no immediate availabilities. With my daughter in a lot of pain, I agreed to travel to the Germantown location to be seen the next day instead of December. She was seen by Dr. Gleason. He didn't have the records from Baptist Desoto, he only had what I had brought with me. He told my daughter that he knows that she voids more than once daily. I informed him that she doesn't void as much as she should and I have even voiced my concerns with her primary physician. Urine tests were done by her primary doctor but were fine. He insisted that she was \lying\. He said that a 14 year old has control of their bladder and that she can make herself void at anytime. He didn't take this patient seriously. He absolutely did nothing. I would never recommend him to anyone.
