Brand new patient and had a very good experience. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Everything was explained to me in detail and Dr Kao was very focused on helping me feel better and improving my quality of life.

I am really thankful for Dr. Kao. He saw me via telemedicine as a new patient on the same day I called for an urgent systemic allergy/rash that was painful and out of control. I felt Dr. Kao listened to me better than most other doctors I have seen in my life (yes, seriously he was that good). He asked me a lot of questions about my lifestyle to get an idea of what might have caused it. He also increased my dose of prednisone, which I believe changed everything for me this time because I started feeling true relief without having to take 3 and 4 weeks of steroids. I am so thankful to him for listening.

Dr. Kao was Kind, very informative, knowledgeable, and sensitive to our needs. His staff was also very informative. Grateful to have found my goto allergist/immunologist!

I had my first visit this past week and I want to give them 5 STARS in every area... friendliness, cleanliness, timeliness, etc... They had great bedside manners, a helpful front office, a good eminder\ system, and so on ! Everything about my experience was top notch. Dr. Kao was very personable and knowledgeable. He wasn't rushed and he took time to answer all my questions. I definitely recommend going to this office!

Dr. Kao is an excellent specialist and our experience at his practice was superb when we went in for allergy skin tests. The staff were friendly and helpful while Dr. Kao patiently explained everything in detail and answered any questions we had. Highly recommended!!
