It was nice. Costs more than your normal doner but that's to be expected. Full of flavour, hardly any grease. Firey chips are defo hot and worth it if you like hot things! Cheese bites were also good. Would come again but not too often, just as a treat.
When this place first opened it was really good but the last 12months I've ordered 3 times and it's been bad each time so I won't be ordering again the most recent meal I ordered was last night and I had the mixed meat done kebab and fries, firstly the fries were stone cold, secondly the kebab was warm to cold, all of the salad was stuffed down at the bottom of the bread with the sauce, the meat was all just squashed in with nobsauce whatsoever over it so it was incredibly dry. The bread which is usually extremely tasty and toasted was not toasted and was really thick adding to the dryness. I don't know if it's because they are no longer seeing customers face to face or they have changed staff but its gone down hill massively in the last 12 months. One extra thing I'd like to say is their choice of packaging for takeaways could be better nothing is sealed and they have open bags so the food is accessible to the delivery driver but also during this time of year its open to the weather which results in the fries getting coldand obviously any germs in the air. That's one thing that definitely needs improving. Such a shame as this used to a great place for food but now it's very disappointing overall.
Excellent burgers, good branding, interesting \signature\ sauces. Restaurant is clean and serving is quick. They had really good bread/ buns and they did provide wet wipes for cleaning your hands. Everything is served wrapped in branded paper even when you want to eat in.
There was more bread than the whole fillings added together. Ordered 2 original donor kebab today and the size of the kebab looked the same as before lockdown (but a bit smaller from when you first opened). Everything was perfect when I had it in like February, now I have a thick breaded kebab with lack of meat and lot of salad filling up the space. Like, before it was donor and salad together to the very last bite! But this one I had today was disappointing, had a massive chunk of bread for the last bite :( . For taste, everything still tastes as great as before, but just more bread taste to it cause of the thickness of the bread. I also found that there was a massive hole at the end of my kebab so I couldn’t really hold it. Here is a photo of the kebab I had in March, now looking at it and comparing it to the one I had today, My bread wasn’t even as toasted as that one! Unfortunately I didn’t take a photo of the one today but I can really say that the bread was thick and lack of donor. Was barely able to finish that same kebab from March because it was more “filling” and the one today disappointment, had to remove some bread and it was less filling cause lack of donor. Also you can see, last bites with there still donor meat in, not just salad. I love this kebab, please make things great again.
